I thought it'd be nice if I did another picture, but I wanted it to be a picture I could color and yet still be sure I'd finish. So I drew an apple. Yep. It's just an apple. Nothing more, nothing less. Just your garden variety red fruit. A friggin' apple. Guess I'll submit it now.

Overdefined muscules on the female body, for anatomy practise. It's extremely usefull to get a good understand how how the muscles work, twist and turn with the body.

So i made this one super-athletic, almost superhero like strength in apparence.

After a break i have now started drawing the hair, and now comes the great magic trick i must pull off in order to create a volumetriclooking hair. I am pretty confident that i can do it.

There is no real method in how to do this. I'll just keep coloring in different shades of bright and darker colors until it looks great.

Oohh so that's what "animation" means. I clicked it and discovered the timelapse recording of your drawing. Maybe I should do something like that.

I don't know how I can replace the older WIP so I'm just doing it like this currently. Hope you like it so far, i'm doing a new form for shading i have never done before. I just clashed her main color all over the lineart and then started just shadowing ambient light out all over it. I will then apply directional light etc.

This is made in Corel Painter, would have been terribly hard to do in Photoshop. I got a tablet too if you want to know.

No matter how good you are at drawing, you need to study anatomy a bit in order to do it proparly. Sure those who are good at drawing get a better resemblence of how it should look. But if you really want to get a higher understand of how to draw anatomicaly correct, look at Burne Hogarth's book; Dynamic Anatomy. There is no real "mathematical" setup thats teached in it, but more how it looks in all kinds of angles etc. But it's not for beginners. It depends on your ability to observe to get anything out of it, if you are able to do that it's the best anatomy book ever. In my opinion.

Perspective is never easy to do. You got the right start but like many people think that everything has to be in picture, if you literarly cut out the right arm (no-ring arm) it would look a lot more 3D. Because it would actaly be hanging behind completely unseen from that perspective, if both arms are suppose to be symmetricaly placed.

This is a test for the higher quality drawing I am doing, I did a quick color over it by layer in Corel Painter. Scanned drawing, took 1 hour at school.

This one actually looks pretty good in pencil... and since I'm feeling lazy, I think I'll keep it like this.
